GRT Capital Management Limited (collectively “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting client’s personal data and privacy.
The Company will make reference to the regulations of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486 (the “Ordinance” or “PDPO”), and will take all reasonable measures to ensure all personal data collected is kept secure against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure and destruction.
When providing services to our clients, the Company may from time to time require you to supply your personal data. If you are unable to provide such data, the Company has the right to discontinue or suspend the relevant services to you.
Personal data collected from you will only be used by the Company for providing Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activity related services, and will not be used for other purposes.
Your personal data held by the Company will be kept strictly confidential. However, due to legal, regulatory and operational requirements, the Company has the right to disclosure your personal data to the third parties which includes but not limiting to regulatory authorities and product/ service providers.
